JAKARTA: Forest Interactive and Telkomsel conclude their second instalment of Program Asyik with Dr. Reisa and announces Syamsul Anwar as the winner for #NgeHIPBarengdrReisa2 Instagram Challenge.
Syamsul was selected as one of the main prize winners by Dr. Reisa Broto Asmoro after the content uploaded on his Instagram attracted the well-known medical practitioner and TV personality’s attention.
“I am truly honored and ecstatic to be selected as one of the main prize winners for this challenge. This 10-gram gold prize will definitely help boost the family’s financial situation,” said Syamsul in exhilaration during an interview.
In the video, the Bogor-born 40-year-old shared his struggles when he was laid off from a local tobacco company where he has worked for five years, and not long after, being admitted to the hospital due to the COVID-19 virus. Syamsul also shared some of the healthy food and drinks that are helpful during the recovery period and in fighting the virus. On top of that, he also provided several home exercise tutorials that can be done as an outpatient such as yoga and jogging.
Being infected with the virus has caused Syamsul a few challenges, among which he was not able to carry out his normal activities for two months. Financially, he could only rely on the income from his wife who sell accessories online.
The challenging situation during the pandemic has motivated Syamsul to participate in the #NgeHIPBarengdrReisa2 Instagram challenge and win the prize to help support the family. In addition, he also would like to be able to inspire and encourage others to stay strong in facing this crisis through his video content. He believed that by staying optimistic and doing positive activities will strengthen us in challenging situations.
Syamsul was touched and grateful when announced as the main prize winner for the challenge as he did not expect that he could win the challenge.
In the interview, Syamsul stated that he will use the money collected from selling the gold to meet his family’s daily needs. Furthermore, Syamsul’s dream to have a roof panel at his house was also made possible.
Today, with a slightly better financial situation, Syamsul has started his new job as an online taxi driver and is living his days with positive spirits.
Program Asyik with Dr. Reisa is a Value-Added-Service (VAS) program by Forest Interactive, in collaboration with Telkomsel. The second instalment of this program aimed to educate the public about COVID-19 and the importance of vaccination. The program, which ended on March 10, 2022, was released exclusively for Telkomsel subscribers.

In the program, Dr. Reisa shared information on health protocols, prevention, and ways to handle COVID-19. She also educated the public about the vaccination and post-COVID-19 recovery.
Similar to the first instalment, the second instalment of NgeHIP Bareng Dr. Reisa also featured an Instagram Challenge where participants stand a chance to win the following prizes:
