JAKARTA: Forest Interactive Indonesia partners with Tri Indonesia to extend ‘Solusi Sehat’, a value-added service (VAS) program, to its subscribers in the country. The program is available to all Tri users for subscription, from August 23, 2021.
The program, which provides subscribers with premium SMS service, features a series of informative video content on health education amid the pandemic. Themed solusi sehat, which translates to health solutions, the content of this program aims to promote wellbeing like a proper way to put on and take off the medical mask, how to boost the immune system, how to react when a family member is infected with the COVID-19 virus, and having the right type of medicines. On top of that, there will also be a session discussing the COVID-19 facts and myths.

Tri users with ‘Solusi Sehat’ subscription will be able to get exclusive health tips from notable and experienced medical professionals such as managing sleeping patterns, exercises during pregnancy, and guidance to preparing the right first aid kit at home. What’s more, subscribers can also get inspiration from Dr. Reisa Asmoro, who also shares her journey of becoming a doctor. The content provided in this program is catered to both physical and mental wellbeing.
Tri subscribers can access the video content from ‘Solusi Sehat’ by sending an SMS REG [space] SEHAT to 92325 and replying ‘YA’ upon receiving a confirmation text message. Subscribers will then receive an SMS with a URL link to the videos.
Subscribers will be charged a subscription fee of IDR2,200 per SMS and it will be sent three times a week for 120 days. To unsubscribe from the program, subscribers can simply send an SMS UNREG [space] SEHAT to 92325.
