KUALA LUMPUR: Forest Interactive is one of the LinkedIn 2021 Talent Awards finalists for the category, Best Culture of Learning, in Malaysia. The category recognizes companies that invest in the learning and development of their employees, connecting them with relevant and applicable skills via LinkedIn Learning.
The LinkedIn Talent Awards is created with the intention to recognize companies around the world that promote excellent engagement with their talents.
These engagements include creating inclusive workplaces, building strong employer brands, encouraging learning and development, and focusing on employee retention. Those that are chosen as the finalists are companies that have proven themselves to be able to adapt, innovate, and provide growth for the talents in the working world.

The LinkedIn 2021 Talent Awards uses an intricate form of measurement through its Talent Solutions to decide the winner. The LinkedIn Insights team recognizes the performance, results, and impact of companies headquartered in participating countries utilizing LinkedIn Talent Solutions. This year’s finalists were determined based on analytical data evaluation between August 2020 and August 2021.
