Kuala Lumpur – All-rounders’ of the gaming industry took the opportunity to unite in one of South-East Asia’s leading gaming conferences, Level Up KL 2016. Held in Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur, game developers, publishers and investors flooded the scene during this 5-day event of this informative, yet extravagant of an occasion. Hosted by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), this gaming conference was a constructive effort to mould the current environs into a global based gaming platform for everyone to grow and venture upon.
An overwhelming number of 600 attendees flew in regionally, and globally to witness and spread a sharing of knowledge in the gaming industry. Forest Interactive was also one of the prominent participants in the conference that took part in engaging and attaining necessary keynotes. Bringing together international and local players in the games industry, Level Up KL 2016 aims to interact, educate and share a wide scope of discussion so that everyone goes back feeling content.

This 5-day convention was filled with all sorts of fun-thrilled, and jam packed activities like the 36-hour game jam to create a game based off a kid-centric theme, and the Unity Certified Developer Exam to acknowledge the current benchmark ability in game production among the participants present.
