RAMALLAH – Forest Interactive’s regional office in Dubai recently launched an exclusive platform called Yogaforyou to promote health and well-being of the Palestinians amidst the ongoing pandemic. Yogaforyou’s exclusive portal is now available via the two most prominent mobile operators in the state; Paltel’s Jawwal and Ooredoo Palestine.
“Yoga, being an ancient practice is known to be one of the best ways of coping with mental stresses and reducing tension in the body, on top of having good psychological effects,” said Mahwish Ehsan, Marketing & Business Development Manager of Dubai at Forest Interactive. “Considering the growing attention that yoga is gaining in Palestine, we consider this a great opportunity to launch our online yoga service in this region, to help promote a healthy way of living while growing our business in the region.”

Yoga was introduced in Palestine in 2010 through the opening of a volunteer-based nonprofit community yoga center in Ramallah called Farashe. Today, yoga-based practices are integrated into community centers and gyms among the elite of cosmopolitan Ramallah, and increasingly span small villages.
